LG Rumor won't assign video as ringtone?

LG Rumor won't assign video as ringtone?

I converted a mp3 file to 3gp2 file and uploaded it onto my LG Rumor using a Micro SD card. I have the video on the phone and everything, and when I play it and try to assign it as a ringtone, it automatically assigns it as a screensaver. =/ Anyone know why?

I'm with Solo/Bell using Canadian service. It won't let you do that with a memory card (but thats like all you can do). I hate it soo much .. grr
