Inteenmater Effect Apartment Life?

Well, i still have loads of errors on my sims apartment life. Cant wait for a patch so i've kinda given up on waiting for it. I've looked for questions with the same problem and i've heard that the inteenmater mod thing effects new games? Like with errors. Is this true? If so should i get rid of that download?
Heres a list of my error problems:
Helicopters
Breakdancing
Spinning a child around (Play option?)
Hugging toddelers
Lying/Cuddling on pavements (Really Want :))
New closets/wardrobes
This age thing keeps popping up (I always click delete, it doesnt have an effect on my game but it dosent go away)
My witches cant fly to community lots
Other witches cant turn my sims into witches (So i just use a cheat :P)
Jump rope
Dancing kiss? (Saw it in the manual but im not sure how to do it :S)

So near enough all the new interactions that come with apartment life :(
Help me please!! You need to delete all hacks/mods when you install a newly released EP. Until those mods are updated for compatibility they will only cause trouble with your game. There will be an Inteen for AL but it's not released yet. ugh ugh ugh ugh
