Stage Kiss... Not sure what to do...?

So I am in the Taming of the Shrew and got Petruchio, the male lead, and m girlfriend got Kate, the female lead. We have been going out for five months and haven't kissed yet. There has been a couple times where we could have, but I decided not to. I am sure this is an antiquated way of thinking, but I am not sure I want to kiss her. The more intimate we get the harder it is to stop. Or so I have been told. Never tested the theory, for obvious reasons. So I have a few questions. One, should I do a stage kiss or a real kiss on stage, and if a stage kiss, how? Two, should I tell my mom, or wait till the show goes up? Third, should I ask my girlfriends dad?

Almost forget, I am 14.

omg, just relax. Ask her what kind of kiss she's comfortable with and don't worry about warning adults.
