Not everyone wants to have kids, for example.Most men, especially the ones who never seem to get laid always say that. Sometimes things like that are viewed differently because many people are scared to try that stuff, or its cause their religion told them not to or somethin like that. So there is an almost instant judgement in that department. But in the end its up to you what you want to do. Dont worry about other peoples judgements. If you dont want kids then you dont want kids. Dont bend yourself to fit other peoples needs. I mean you should comprimise a little always. If nobody comprimised, than nobody would ever get along. but when it comes to sex, that is up to you. The only other thing i can say, is most people that dont have much interest in sex, either never had sex or had really bad sex. lol I say hang in there.. it can be fun... lol But yeah, in the end Its all your call. And dont be ashamed about whatever you choose. And its not an open and closed thing. You can change your mind whenever you want so dont sweat it.'frigid' isn't used as a word any more.

The world could be a freethinking place, a multicultural, equal place. If it werenâ ™t for the great book of fallacies. There is nothing wrong with a woman wanting to have sex or not wanting to; there is nothing wrong with a woman wanting children or not wanting to. But some people still see the dark ages as the true light, that is their chimpanzee part of their brain in overdrive.
EDIT: Cassius if you are male and you have many partners you are not looked down apon. Women are looked down apon if they sleep around, or if the are prostitues even though men are buying their time. Cassius wake up.Being "frigid" and not wanting kids are not the same thing.
Sex drive is an individual thing..
Some have more, some have less... A woman or person who has no interest or is categorized as frigid is most often suffering from emotional or mental issues. There are, indeed, cases where the lack is due to a physical condition - but generally, a cure or treatment is sought.
Sex - with a good partner - is an extremely pleasurable experience - unlike any other that humans engage in. An extreme lack of desire is not recognized as a good thing as it speaks to not wanting pleasure or intimacy - and that is often a result of something bigger. Being frigid for example is not necessarily viewed as a bad thing... depends on demographics/age of the person or their religion/ their own morals and interests. Sex is seen as a pleasurable activity, therefore the person may get pleasure from other things in life, and sees no need.Extremes are always snuffed upon. I think society, more with men but I guess now with women see sex drives as a form of strength, virality. Look how many wieners on here have to go baosting about how much bigger their sex drive is from women, they feel they have something to prove. Being 'frigid' is not the same as having no interest in sex. Frigid means emotionally isolated, unwilling to be emotionally close with anyone. Whether something is 'good' or 'bad' is an individual judgment. The word 'frigid' is a word that is used as an insult. There are both men and women who have a low sex-drive - asexuals. I think frigid is a really nasty word. There are a lot of randy teenage boys, who have no idea how delicate a woman's sexual organs are, and they launch into them insensitively with their hands or whatever and, or really mash and grope at a young woman's breasts and cause her pain. If this happens to a young woman as her first sexual experience, this makes her afraid of being touched again. This fear of being hurt, I think is what the same randy boys call frigidity.
There are some guys who are real 'naturals' when it comes to pleasuring women, and I'm sure they think frigidity in women is a myth.
There's a nickname 'fridge-magnet' for a guy that repeatedly seems to hook up with 'frigid' women. I think - nah, that guy has all the sensuality of a cervical smear and that's why the women don't want to go further with him.Because society is so sex based now days..
Sex is meaningless fun.. where as it used to be a sacred thing..
What can ya do..When you're married, for example, having a good sex life is important. If only one partner can have fun, it's a problem. Think about it. The man wants to please his wife, and if he never can he's going to start feeling very insecure. Is he doing something wrong? Isn't she attracted to him? Does his body disgust her somehow? It would cause some tension between the two of them. And the frigid one would be seriously missing out, too!
I imagine that being "frigid" or having no sexual desires would be handy when you're single. It would keep you out of alot of trouble if you never felt tempted. You wouldn't be making sexual choices you would later regret. You wouldn't have to worry about things like disease or pregnancy if you weren't sexually active. So it could be a good thing for some people.Because sex is a normal part of life- and its fun! I would wonder about a family that so warped a person that they had no interest in sex.
Despite what your church says - you can have sex without having children. If you are with a man, most of his reason for being there, whether he will admit this or not, is because he really, really, really, really really, really, really wants to have sex with you.
IMO, if you are not married to him, he should not be there in the first place, and he has no right to risk your life over sex without a commitment. But if you are married, then his wish is fair.
This is how men are. For a woman to deprive a man of sex is the same as for a man to deprive a woman of conversation.

Performance anxiety is a common symptom and after a better form of communication from your partner then the situation will improve, however if you do not have a partner then communication with yourself in a form of less self expectancy is useful. When the years have approached you or I or anyone the importance of sex ought to be of less concern and more to the golden years of wisdom and a gift giving to those less fortunate. The ravages of time will effect us all and we sure wouldn't enjoy losing what we lived to conquer.Well, "frigid" is often considered to be a person who has an interest in sex but cannot respond, while "little or no interest in sex" is quite another.
As for "frigid", that implies a problem since it's interfering with the person's happiness.
As for "little to no interest in sex"; that shouldn't be a BAD thing; as long as the person doesn't expect to have a partner to DOES have a healthy interest in sex accommodate it.
People with low sex drives simply should put a high priority on finding partners (if they have partners at all) who are at a similar level. For instance, if I were to discover a woman I liked had a low sex drive, I wouldn't expect her to change or hold it against her. I simply would find a different woman to date. Maybe the low-sex-drive woman could be a friend, but nothing more.
As for kids; that really has little to do with it. You don't have to have sex very often to produce a couple of kids, and at that, you could see it as simply "work" to produce the desired result LOL

Most humans have sex for pleasure, which is why there are so many forms of birth control.
