  • _ anon, it defend on the banana you are eating?? and being sleepy can caused by the sweet foods so for you to not feel sleepy try to avoid some sweet foods but im not encouraging to quit on the sweet foods because we need in our body.

    Eat bananas long before a meal or long after a meal. I am sure you wont feel sleepy.


  • Bananas will never make us feel sleepy, I think you are feeling like that. Really banana is good for health. What you have to do is Sleep early in night and sleep for minimum 6 hours. Banana will never make anyone feel drowsy. Try to change your feeling, it will help. Fix in your mind that I a going to eat a Banana but I feel energitic.
