  • what happens in the earth like with super heating and convection currents and in what order?

can you write it sorta not complicated haha

  • The earth under the crust is kept hot by nuclear reactions so the rocks are melted. The heat causes currents in the melted (molten) rock. If the earth's crust is thin at one point this may cause the melted rock to come through, or if the crust is spreading apart at a crack the molten rock will flow out. Volcanos can also be caused by forces where earth's tectonic plates (pieces of the crust) collide and one plate moves under another, pushing the crust down into the molten layer. The molten rock is under a lot of pressure and when it comes out it is called a volcano.
